From a standalone domestic smoke detector to a multi network fire alarm system the message must always be the same : test your fire and life safety systems. BDS can offer bespoke maintenance packages for all the systems shown, senior account management can be arranged, enhanced service response added, periodic visits can be tuned to the clients’ requirements such as permanently manned sites, monthly or weekly visits, quarterly or Bi Annually. Always compliant and certified to NSI Fire Gold standard for QMS ISO9001 and BAFE SP203-1

Employing Certified and Qualified Fire Safety Engineers
If your Fire or Security System should develop a fault it is imperative that a qualified engineer attends quickly to rectify the problem and carries out the work effectively. BDS maintain a 24/7 manned service desk where help is just a phone call away, the service desk will deal with all incoming corrective calls and then allocates the call to one of our multi-disciplined engineers. Our engineers will then contact the client to confirm receipt of the call and give an ETA. Customer satisfaction is a top priority and we always aim for a first time fix. However should the fault be more serious and requires parts or more resource we have an escalation procedure in place, Our Engineering Manager is informed, and if needed it will be further escalated to the Managing Director for resolution
