Dear Kevin, I have been asked to reach out and thank you for your recent generosity and support in donating the Ryobi battery drill to us. this was added to our staff raffle during our annual party. Your contribution ensured we were able to offer a really strong list of prizes to our team. it is important for us to be able to reward our team for the fantastic work they do and so your donation was greatly appreciated in the raffle we were able to offer and by the eventual winner.
As well as offering tickets we also sold a number, in the process we were able to raise £670 for charity so again thank you for your contribution which made this possible. from all of the Heckfield family we thank you!

Hi Tom Can we arrange our maintenance visit for February, please propose preferred dates and respond back to Steve Berry with a schedule so we can confirm and advise occupants.
The Pavilion is our most sensitive and prestigious building which requires closer planning and the Media centre is marooned within a construction site which will need agreeing with our main contractor ISG. Can we also discuss the replacement of out of specification devices which has been previously identified.

Thanks for your team’s attendance this morning Garry, the Cause & Effect demonstration of fire alarm operation was very well executed!
Trevor, Mark, for your reference we witnessed operation of FA interface units (as well as sample device operation and sounder audibility).
Audibility throughout the space was good, BDS addressing several bells which needed adjusting during the test. Any queries, please do let us know.
